Thirty-eight drivers from six different classes will be representing Route 66 Raceway in the North Central Division Series Summit Finals at O’Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis this weekend.

Twelve drivers will be attempting to take home a win in the Super Pro series class at Indianapolis. Super Pro Series Champion Alan Ayres had two wins in the Holley Carburetor Bracket Series, while second place finisher Alan Wagner Jr. had two runner-ups and one semi- final finish. Following close behind in third place was Dave Ancel, who also posted two runner-up finishes and a showing in a semi-final round. Fred Papineau, Jay Allen and Lee Ponshe each claimed one win each during the 2006 season.

In the McDaniel Speed and Performance Pro E.T. Class, twelve drivers will be heading down to O’Reilly Raceway Park to represent Route 66 Raceway. Frank Valencia won the championship with one runner-up finish and two semi-final finishes. With no repeat winners in the PRO E.T class, Ricky Pena, Ken Kamba Jr., Ron Headrick, Jason Livingston and Mike Roppo each scored one victory, which was good enough to send them down to Indianapolis.

Tom Ewig came in a close second, with one win and two runner-up appearances. Tom Florey finished third in points with two wins.
